MEET DR. GREER

Dr. Greer is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to caring for patients of all ages and building long-term, meaningful relationships with individuals and families. He founded Northland Health with a vision of creating a more personal, accessible, and patient-centered approach to primary care for the community he is proud to serve.

Dr. Greer, along with his wife, three children, and their giant Goldendoodle, are proud to call the Northland home. They have grown to love both the rich history and rapid growth of the area and believe this is an ideal place to put down roots and serve the community for years to come.

Before medicine, Dr. Greer served in the United States Army as a Cavalry Scout during Operation Iraqi Freedom, an experience that deeply shaped his values of service, discipline, and teamwork. He later continued his military service in the Army Reserve as a family medicine physician, where he has been honored to care for soldiers and their families.

His medical training took his family across the country, including time in Utah, Virginia, and Oklahoma, where they built lasting friendships and experiences that continue to influence his approach to care.

Clinically, Dr. Greer enjoys the full scope of family medicine, with particular interests in preventive care, chronic disease management, musculoskeletal medicine, and office-based procedures.

Through Northland Health, his goal is to practice medicine in a way that prioritizes time, access, and strong physician-patient relationships, creating a healthcare experience that is personal, approachable, and centered on each patient’s needs.

A Personal Approach to Care

Northland Health was created with the belief that healthcare should feel different —less rushed, more connected, and centered around meaningful relationships. By maintaining a smaller patient panel, Dr. Greer is able to spend more time with each patient, provide improved access to care, and focus on helping individuals and families achieve long-term health and wellness.
